Privacy Policy

The short version
PipeLevel helps plumbers run Facebook lead ads. We collect only what we need to do that, we don't sell your information, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
What we collect
- Your account: your email address and a password. Sign-in is handled by our database provider, Supabase.
- Your business details: what you type in, such as your business name, phone, website, services and service area.
- Your Facebook connection: when you connect Facebook, Facebook gives us a key (an access token) that lets us work with your ad account and Page. We store it encrypted. We read your ad accounts, Pages, campaigns and results, and we create and manage campaigns you ask for.
- Your leads: people who fill out your lead forms send their details to you through Facebook. We show them to you from Facebook when you open the Leads page. We don't keep our own copy.
- Billing: payments are handled by Stripe. We keep your subscription status and a Stripe customer ID. We never see or store your card number.
How we use it
- To build, launch, track and protect your ad campaigns.
- To write your ads. Your business name, city and services are sent to an AI provider (Anthropic) to write ad text.
- To run your subscription and keep your account secure.
- To contact you about your account.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We use trusted services to run PipeLevel: Supabase (accounts and data), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Meta (Facebook, where your ads run) and Anthropic (ad writing). Each only gets what it needs to do its job.
Cookies
We use cookies only to keep you signed in and to remember your Facebook connection. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your choices
- You can disconnect Facebook at any time in Settings. That removes our access to your ad account.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time in Billing.
- You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing brodythurlow@pipeline-growth-co.com. We'll reply within 30 days.
The people who fill out your forms
Each business gets its own public privacy page for its lead form. Your business decides how it uses the leads it gets, and is responsible for contacting people lawfully and for deleting their information when asked.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
