Using PipeLevel
By creating an account or using PipeLevel, you agree to these terms. PipeLevel is software that helps you build, track and optimize Facebook lead ads for your plumbing business.
Your account
You're responsible for your account, your password, and everything done through it. Please give us accurate information and keep your sign-in private.
Subscription and billing
- PipeLevel is a monthly subscription, billed through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe.
- You can cancel any time under Billing, Manage billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Your ad account and ad spend
Your Facebook Page and ad account belong to you. Ad spend is charged by Facebook to the payment method on your ad account, separately from your PipeLevel subscription. You choose your daily budgets, and you're responsible for what you spend. Cancelling your subscription does not pause ads that are already running, so pause them first if you want them to stop.
Your ads and your leads
You're responsible for your ads and for how you use the leads you receive. Follow Facebook's advertising policies and the laws that apply to you, including rules about contacting people by phone, text and email. Please only advertise services you actually provide, in places you actually serve.
The optimizer and AI-written ads
The optimizer pauses ads that appear to be wasting money, and suggests budget changes that you approve yourself. AI-written ad text is a starting point that you review before anything runs. We do our best, but we can't promise any number of leads, calls or jobs, and automated tools can make mistakes. Please check your campaigns regularly.
Other companies' services
PipeLevel works with services we don't control, such as Facebook and Stripe. If they change or have problems, parts of PipeLevel may be affected.
Limits on our responsibility
PipeLevel is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for lost revenue, lost leads, or ad spend, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the problem happened.
Ending your account
You can stop using PipeLevel at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or misuse the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make an important change, we'll update the date above.
